A moderately priced hotel in good location, close to train and bus station, airport shuttle bus services available from the bus station for international travellers. Quite busy area , so well lighted and safe area.
Over all our stay was great, easy check in process.
Room was big and reasonably clean and comfortable bed, aircon worked well in this extreme heat weather, good storage facilities , the/coffee making facilities. Good sized reasonably cleaned bathroom with hot/cold shower.
A moderately priced good clean restaurant with great food, but buffet breakfast style was only available, not suitable for light breakfast eaters, but this was not a big deal for us as so many other good restaurants and eateries close by.
We will stay again at KTDC - Chaithram if we visit Trivandrum again.

The stay experience was disappointing. Initially allotted room had dirty bedsheets and cobwebs, which required a room change after complaint. The second room also had pest issues, indicating lack of proper pest control. Additionally, continuous outside piling/construction noise disturbed the stay. Expected much better hygiene and maintenance standards from this property.
