Arrived early afternoon and after check in was shown to our room. Initial thoughts were good value for money however on closer examination we discovered there was no shower facility as advertised only a bucket and a scoop . Frequent power cuts and no toilet paper or glasses to drink the water provided from. When requesting was provided with the items. No air con. Only a fan which cut out when the electricity failed. (Frequently)
Location was the best thing about this hotel but no lifts to the second floor was an issue if you have restricted mobility or it was raining as it was open to the rain and the marble very slippy when wet. Poor English spoken by the staff which was an issue when requesting information.
Would not stay at this very overpriced hotel which offered a poor quality of accommodation again nor would we recommend it to other travellers. Very disappointed.๐ฅ
It is definitely not worthy of the Holiday Inn name or reputation!
