    We had booked this hotel with a great expectations, but every thoughts were vanished once we reached there. They even didn't call us whether we are coming, as we had checked in late by 11:00 Pm. No basic amenities like towel, dental kit, soaps and shampoo were provided. The bedsheet and pillow were uncleaned.
