    When we visited the place for check in, the entire building was locked. Then we had to call and wait 10 mins for the staff to come and open the place up. We have reserved a car parking prior to arrival itself. But out of my 2 days stay, only 1 day I got car parking as the same was already given to some Cab (yellow board). The room was clean and hygiene. But landline was not working and the few light bulbs were not working. One of the main issue was the water heater was not working properly. Water was luke warm and not hot. The property is in the main place of munnar. Vegetarian hotels are in the same street. That was an advantage. Overall, this is an average place, but needs a lot of improvement.
