1. We arrived at the hotel at 1 PM and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for check-in. Ultimately, the person at the counter did not have data on whether the room was cleaned or not; he was calling, and we got the room at 02.30 PM. Funny to say, but the guy told me to arrange a late check-out, but couldn't arrange a check-in on time. I had to use some sharp words with a high-pitched tone, then after 15 minutes, got the room that didn't have 2nd passangers towel and toiletries. 2. The Internet on the laptop would be inconsistent; the technician tried, but it stayed the same, so I utilized my own. 3. Every time you order food, the guy wouldn't have a scanner or a POS, and you would wait for 10 to 15 minutes, and the food would get cold. 4. Based on my experience of a 5-star property, the breakfast had quantity like other 5-star properties, but no quality or dull taste. No one would come to you to check on the food or even know how the food is. No chef, no manager. We asked for flavored tea and got the normal one.

We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the city. The hotel is located in a main street so access and connection is wonderful. The breakfast was a highlight of the experience. To top it all off, the staff was always welcoming and helpful

Stay was good. Everything was fantastic except when asked to wait for an hour after official checkin time till 3pm. All plans and work got delayed after long travel journey.
