    Located in the heart of the city, close to the riverfront and traditional shopping areas. The room was reasonably good, but needs some maintenance. Breakfast spread was good. Overall, a comfortable stay.

    Very disappointing experience. We booked 1 room for 4 people, and the booking clearly mentioned that 4 guests were included. However, when we reached the hotel, we were told that an extra charge would be applicable for a mattress for the 4th person. If the booking is made for 4 guests, any additional charges or sleeping arrangements should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking, not disclosed only after arrival. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. The hotel should be more transparent about its charges and policies.
