    I had a very pleasant stay at Regenta Central Antarim Ahmedabad, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the outstanding hospitality provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Every interaction with the staff reflected their commitment to providing excellent guest service. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Nilesh, the Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional hospitality. He has an outstanding personality and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every dining experience was enjoyable. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. He was always approachable, attentive to every detail, and made us feel valued throughout our stay.     Our stay at Regenta Central Antarim was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. Every detail reflected the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality at the restaurant. A very special thank you to Mr. Nilesh, the Restaurant Manager, who went above and beyond to make every meal memorable.     The stay was decent overall, but the hospitality could have been much better. The rooms were quite small, and the service felt very formal and transactional throughout my stay. One disappointing experience was when I ordered food through an online delivery app. The hotel refused to have it sent to my room and asked me to come down and collect it myself. While I understand hotels may have policies regarding outside food, a little flexibility or assistance would have been appreciated after a long day. Interestingly, the staff became extremely warm and friendly only at the time of checkout, when they asked me to leave a review. I wish the same level of hospitality had been shown throughout my stay. Good service should feel genuine and consistent, not something offered only when requesting feedback.
