    They didn't waste money on the toiletries- which I liked, location- in the heart of the town. Food was good and the room size was exceptional 👌

    We stayed for one night & we had very pleasant stay here. Service & staff is good. But they have kept most of the recreational activity chargeable & prices were also quite high. Otherwise good experience.

    Location was easy to access Staff were good Cleanliness was fine..but can see many wastes dumbed by guests themselves in few certain places.. Breakfast buffet was excellent, many items were there...they were absolutely fine . Airconditioner is mentioned in the agoda site for the room booked. But there was no air conditioners. Naturally Thekkady was cool so they have provided a vent through which the room were cooled during night... actually it was cool naturally. When we asked they said none of there rooms have air conditioners..they told coolers are available there .they will provide that if needed that was good So I advise please remove air conditioners from the items provided in the room list .
