The stay at the Elms Thekkady was truly memorable. The property was well maintained.
The location is right in the middle of town. No restaurant/food service available at The Elms Thekkady.

Helpful staff who organized a taxi pick up from kottayam. They also gave me the contact data from a travel agency. Nice and clean room.
The room was a little small and moisture. It has no air conditioner

Great location.
No access to a refrigerator, no breakfast and we had to plug the water kettle into a socket on the floor.
