location is very good,all attractions a short drive away.Parking is easy.Bar is lovelyand so is the restaurant.The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful

inssting on proper swim wear would certainly up th tone of the resort but I guess it's difficult,given our "entitled"Indian tourists!Everything else is nothing less than perfect.

Professional and helpful staff, cute monkeys. There is a schedule with snack time that was lovely. Very convenient to have a tasty buffet breakfast and dinner. The spa was really great too. Great facilities with a big room and nice view.

The spice garden staff suggested was not good. No soundproofing.

Breakfast was a mix of South Indian and Continental. Food was tasty and well prepared. We ordered biriyani and butter chicken which was also very tasty.

The Welcome by the staff to the hotel was very upsetting!! After driving 100s of kilometers, on check in the staff insisted I pay the rest the amount (after already paying advance 25k) immediately. I politely asked if they could delay it till we just get freshen up.. But again staff insisted and told me that we can't enter the room or check in without paying full amount. I thought it was a little greedy on the management part. This would not happen if they had prioritized the guests. Another confusion was regarding the payment to be paid. There was poor communication skills between the staff . When a request is made by us the staff was impolite ..and told "no way" it's not going to happen. Such poor communication skills need to be improved to avoid bad impression on guests . The staff were casual and not very cordial. Very few staff did try to take care of us. No one went the extra mile.. expected more for the price! There were programs which were just gimmicks..This place is good to fool north Indians and foreigners but you can't fool locals. You will have to try harder to put a good impressions on the guests .
