The location, staff and food is good. But the property is very compact

Such a beautiful property for stay at coonoor....loved it. One sincere suggestion to the property owners to kindly provide rental 2 wheelers as the transport itself becomes little too expensive even for the main market. But really loved our family stay at Basil and Rosemary cottages. A perfect staycation destination for everyone! Everything was spotless and I would like to recommend the owners to kindly avoid any sort of expansion by building more of these cottages and it is already perfect in every aspect. Really appreciate the hosts who pay extra attention on cleaning the property thoroughly that differentiates an average property from a maintained one. Thank you for a perfect stay! Regards!❤️

Great place to unwind and relax amidst lush tea plantations. Great service and food. We stayed at the Annex which was not so convenient as all the activities were at the main resort. It would be good if the resort arranged some form of transportation to the main resort
