The room was clean but I was disappointed by the unusually high security deposit, which wasn't clearly communicated during booking. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong, the deposit requirement was much higher and inconvenient for tourists. Check-in was also quite slow, and the staff were not particularly friendly. Overall, while the room was good, I would likely choose a different hotel on my next visit.

I would not personally recommend this hotel to travelers, especially tourists, because of the unusually high security deposit requirement. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong, the deposit amount was significantly higher than expected and was not clearly emphasized during the booking process. For many tourists, having a large amount temporarily held on their credit card or funds can be inconvenient, particularly when budgeting for transportation, food, shopping, and other travel expenses. The check-in process was quite slow, and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the arrival experience less pleasant. That said, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, considering the high deposit requirement and overall service experience, I will likely choose a different hotel on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Very very overpriced. However, Hong Kong room was very clean and there were no issues just so small. It was ridiculous. Outside of that a lot of security box in the room. I wouldn’t leave anything in that box, but there is safety. Cameras everywhere and I generally felt safe in a hotel
