    I booked the “Family 3-bed Room On High Floor (with Partial Harbour View)” one month before our trip. To my surprise, the room type assignment changed a few days before and we were placed at an old room on the 3rd floor. Staff said that the upper floors are undergoing renovation so it’s not possible to be placed in the upper floor, but no notice was given to us prior. I was also asking about the price difference between the upper floor room I had intended to book vs. the room that they assigned us but they told us there is no difference in price... There were also no bath towels, only disposable towels were provided. Only good thing is the hotel’s location. I think the good reviews about the rooms come from the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it’s an outdated hotel.
