Pros: location has a true local vibe. you can have a sense of what it's like to live in HK as a local because hotel is within a residential area in mongkok. lots of restaurants and retails shops around the area, especially if youre looking for homeware and kitchen and dining stuff. the hotel is just a few minutes walk to bus stops and mtr. i also liked that there was a full size refrigirator, plates, utensils etc. which were useful when we stored drinking water and had food delivered to the hotel. there were lots of storage and hangers. theres also free drinking water at the common area. the staff also cleaned the room and replaced the towels everyday. Cons We booked a two bedroom suite but it really is just one bedroom. the second "room" is just a bed in the middle of the living room with curtains covering the bed for privacy. also we had a problem with the door of our bathroom it won't close properly. overall: i will recommend this place for families withe children but not for group of friends because the second "room" did not have any privacy at all. this hotel is also perfect for people who intend to cook during their stay. also if youre like me who likes to feel like a local, this place is a nice way to experience that. i really found the neighborhood charming.

Rare Large Suite with Kitchen and Living Room. Good for family and group of friends

Our family of five stayed at Homy Residence in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong for 6 days, and this was our first experience staying here. I can confidently say that this apartment hotel is highly recommended. First of all, the location is absolutely excellent. It is right in the heart of busy Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, shopping areas, and public transportation. Both bus stops and MTR stations are within around 5 minutes walking distance, which made traveling around Hong Kong very easy for our family. Food options are everywhere in this area. You will never run out of places to eat. For the room itself, you can judge from the photos and videos, but for Hong Kong standards, the room size is actually quite spacious for five people. It was more than enough for us. Since we spent most of the day exploring the city, we did not need a luxury hotel, just a comfortable and practical place to rest, and Homy Residence delivered exactly that. One important thing to note is that this is an apartment-style accommodation, so the room comes with a small kitchen, dining utensils, and basic cooking equipment. This was very helpful and enjoyable for us because we could prepare simple breakfasts or dinners ourselves and save some money during the trip. Because it is an apartment-style residence, there are no facilities like a gym or swimming pool here. However, for families like us who spent most of the time outside sightseeing and exploring Hong Kong, those facilities were not necessary at all. Another big plus is that the room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated after long days of walking around the city. The friendliness of the staff also deserves special mention. By Hong Kong standards, the staff here were genuinely very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rates are also very competitive compared to other accommodations in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, especially considering the room size and the strategic location. Honestly, for this price range, it is hard to find another place that offers this much value. Keep up the great work, Homy Residence. We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Hong Kong.

The description of 2 bedroom is incorrect. The so-called 2nd room is only a partition with a curtain. Description is confusing and misleading. Even though the place is spacious for a family of three,, it was not comfortable. The room is in dire need of a renovation. Bed is super hard. The sliding door to the bedroom does not work, the bathroom does not have a proper lock. The only thing that save it are the friendly helpful housekeeping staff. A stay that ruined my trip!
