    Location is convenient if you are traveling by metro within city or taking train to other city. Room was clean and staff was courteous.

    Location is excellent. Trains are very accessible. Hotel sits on top of the Sants Station. Just a bit pricey. Would consider this hotel again if the price is lower.

    The hotel is located above the train/subway station with a few eatery. Staff were very pleasant and rooms were clean and spacious. This is a good hotel for business meetings. The only thing is there were no convenient stores nearby, had to walk 10 - 15 mins.

    If convenience is your top priority, Barceló Sants is hard to beat due to its direct connection to the train station. However, I found the customer service to be below average. The staff were generally polite but not particularly warm or welcoming, and interactions felt very transactional. What disappointed me most was how a parcel sent to me was handled. A delivery requiring a €14.30 payment was rejected without any attempt to contact me, despite the hotel knowing I was a returning guest after my cruise. As a result, my parcel is now stuck at a post office only 800 meters away, and I was due to leave on Sunday. Overall, the hotel serves its purpose as a convenient place to stay, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.
