    We had welcome drinks. Staffs were very nice and helpful especially Honey. She assisted us in storing our luggages. My children loved the vibe of the Game area/Restaurant /Cafe area. It has all the amenities every teenager and guests love. Their welcome drinks made me sleep so well. 🥂 🥰

    I had two main issues in this hotel: When I arrived to the hotel it took two hours to get to my room as they were claiming they did not receive the booking. Agoda tried to call them but they did not reply. Second issue: I had a dog and they said I had to pay 25 extras per night without any specific service provided to the dog unlike other hotels ( such as a couch and something to put water in it). On the morning after, once I noticed that neither the n Agoda neither on their site it was indicated there was a supplement so I ask the “carta de reclamación” which they claimed they didn’t have, something that is absolutely illegal in Spain. They proposed me a refund which I accepted as I needed to take a train. If I had time I would have gone to the police as this looks a bit of a scam. The rest was ok.
