    We reserved a twin bed room with private bathroom. The room was as shown in the images. We had a balcony facing the road. The balcony was spacious enough. On check-in the person at the reception was very friendly. He gave us so many tips and recommendations. The location is a big plus with 2 metro stations nearby,many cafes and supermarket. Sants train station is just a few minutes walk. The kitchen was too basic infact negligebale as there was just an oven and fridge with no cutlery. Caution: There are 2 buildings-one with elevator and other without.

    I woke up with large bites on my neck and face after my first night. Although they offered to change my room, I chose to leave after the second night. This situation is completely unacceptable. The owner must take better care of the property, especially considering how poorly it is already being maintained.
