The majority of the staff was really helpful except 2 or 3 people but maybe they are like that no hard feelings
the cleaning lady's the work hard and they try to do the possible they can I'm really thankful for them a big thanks to the guys working in the reception they was really helpful thank you to all of you guys

El sistema de ducha era raro, el agua salía fría. Nosotras teníamos habitación con baño privado, no sé cómo funcionaban los compartidos. La zona excelente, super céntrica,.te moves caminando sin problema.

If not for the friendly staff like Sebastian, Melanie and Julieta, I will look for another hostel. However, they're so helpful and made my stay more comfortable. Bring earplugs so you can sleep well at night. The toilets need constant cleaning because some guests weren't considerate of others.

Never again... This place is a big scam. They lie almost on everything. All the time answered is the app problem: "that kind of room doesn't exist anymore, it's the app problem who let you booked it or should be only female room but in the middle of the night they check in a male person to the room without any warning and said it's the app problem because we block this room but they let it booked anyways", like this a hundred more excuses.
Their air conditioning doesn't exist, doesn't work, they don't care that you can't even sleep because is a oven inside of this old building
