    Good location and helpful staff. A little confusing to access at first but you get used to it. Felt nice and safe to have a staffed reception desk to check you are a guest before you go through to the rooms. Room and bathrooms basic but clean so overall good value.

    Very clean hostel, had an elevator so super useful with a baby and luggages, we got to check in early and the staff was extremely friendly, for a last minute booking, however the agoda website we used to book it was misleading as the price got up during the booking, id recommend to book on the hostels site directly.

    When I book, it saws separate bathroom & when I receive confirmation it saw Sharing bathroom. When I contact the Agoda, they refuse to help with reason that there booking partner didn’t respond & if they have available Hostel will provide the room with Bathroom. When we reach Agoda customer service they asking if I have picture before booking ? Why don’t they have copy of listing in there system. When we reach in Hotel, first they refuse to give room with Bathroom. After lot of requests they finally agree to gave room with Bathroom & charge €130 Euro extra. Looks like they trying to rob American Tourist at the edge of situation.
