Несмотря на то что наше бронирование было полностью оплачено и подтверждено за 4 месяца до заезда через Agoda.com, нас отказывались заселять и требовали доплаты 310$, ссылаясь на то, что якобы цена, которую я заплатил для русских , а не для граждан Израиля, коим я являюсь. Мне пришлось в течение двух дней параллельно общаться с Agoda и администрацией отеля, пока эта проблема не была решена положительно в мою пользу. Комната не соответствовала нашим ожиданиям: мебель старая и неудобная. Двери шкафов и ящики скрипели и плохо открывались. Раковина высокая и узкая, из-за чего все косметические принадлежности приходилось держать в комнате. Матрас был полностью продавлен, и я ощущал каждую пружину. На мою личную просьбу к менеджеру отеля заменить негодный матрас никакой реакции не последовало. Уборка номера производилась хорошо, но пляжные полотенца, которые также менял уборщик, были с неприятным запахом, что указывало на плохое качество стирки или отсутствие таковой вообще. Питание в ресторане было невкусным. Использовались второсортные и несвежие продукты с избыточным использованием соли и специй. К примеру, говядина на деревянных шпажках, приготовленная на гриле, на следующий день подавалась как жаркое. Консервированные ананасы на следующий день забродили и прокисли, в куриные грудки заворачивали несъеденную колбасу за завтраком, и этот список я мог бы продолжить. В ресторане отсутствовал бар, и все напитки подавались официантом. С нагрузкой они не справлялись, и в лучшем случае нам приносили заказ к середине или к концу трапезы, а один раз мы не дождались напитков вовсе. На территории отеля 3 бассейна и своя пляжная зона. Нам понравился бассейн "Infinity", но и он был недостаточно чист. Пляжная зона хорошо обустроена, но плавать в море практически невозможно из-за постоянных высоких волн. В лучшем случае купание открывают с 15:00 до 17:30, но даже тогда волны и течение достаточно сильные. За 8 дней, что мы здесь отдыхали, только один день море было спокойным. Эта проблема всех отелей, расположенных в Nabq bay. Зона купания в море очень маленькая (смотри фото), и для тех, кто хорошо плавает, это очень неудобно. Вечером в отеле делать нечего. Ночные шоу отсутствуют. Аниматоры отеля своими силами пытаются что-то сделать, но это настолько непрофессионально, что вызывает рвотный рефлекс. Подытоживая сказанное, проживание в этом отеле, кроме чувства напрасно потраченных денег и времени, у меня ничего не вызывает.

I have been 4 times in sharm and tried many resorts but this was one of the best, small and very functional well done i will come back

⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh deserves to be shared so that other travelers know what they may face. My reservation was fully prepaid through Agoda, and I arrived expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, I was informed that I had to pay an additional amount because I was not European. Being asked to pay more based on nationality was humiliating, deeply upsetting, and completely unacceptable. I spent a long time waiting at reception while the issue was discussed, causing unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and ruining the first moments of what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. A hotel carrying the name "Luxury" should welcome every guest with equal respect, regardless of nationality or passport. No traveler should ever feel that they are being treated differently because of where they come from. Agoda eventually compensated me for the inconvenience, which reflects that the situation was handled seriously. However, compensation cannot erase the emotional distress, wasted time, and poor first impression caused by the hotel's handling of my reservation. I strongly encourage Booking.com and Agoda to closely monitor such practices, as experiences like this damage travelers' trust and can seriously harm the reputation of hotels listed on their platforms. I will not return, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects equal treatment and professional service.
