Very bad experience and irresponsible staff
Keys was never placed in the safe box as mentioned in the message by property. No one responded to calls when we tried to reach property, after 30-40mins some one from the staff delivered us the wrong key. When we tried to call the staff again no one answered. We have to suffer in cold weather without any place to stay for 2 hours. Ultimately booking.com canceled yhe booking and suggested us to book alternative stay. We have to spend double the original amount for the alternative booking. I was travelling with my family, 75 years old mother and 9 year old daughter. We are vegetarian so I booked the apartment to cook our own food. But it was not the case when we reached the location. We literally struggled to find the proper food for my family and literally had to spent a lot of money on the accommodation and food. Very bad experience and very irresponsible staff. If the staff will not be available they shouldn't have accepted the booking in first place and we booked the stay 20 days before our initial plan. Please think twice before booking this apartment.

Close to city center, spacious.
The shower smells really terrible - had to close it throughout the stay to avoid vomiting - we used tub. Property owner requires you to return the keys to the office

Good location, nice and comfy
Nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen. private car parking in yard. Grocery store around corner.
Fridges freezer was frozen. in shower all the time it wasn’t possible to normalize hot water. 1 min it was hot and in second cold. No kitchen towel and no hand and foot towel. Also there wasn’t any warning that there is street maintenance and workers every morning started 7:30 their work and it was impossible to sleep. Due to road blocks it was hard to find apartment by navigation with car. And always check your bank account, because by their mistake I was charged twice, of course money was returned.
