A spacious apartment in a perfect location, unfortunately too cold during our stay.

The apartment is spacious and located in a perfect spot—just a short walk to the beach, Sopot pier, and the main shopping street with many great restaurants nearby. It’s situated in a charming old villa with high ceilings and classic-style furniture. We also appreciated the availability of private parking, which is a great advantage in Sopot, even though the space was a bit tight.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very cold during our stay. I was traveling with my elderly parents (around 80 years old), and they felt uncomfortable in the evenings when the temperature inside dropped to around 15°C. Despite contacting the host several times and asking for the heating to be turned on, it was never resolved. This significantly affected our overall comfort.

Nice apartment in a great location but in need of a refresh!

Old apartment with high ceilings and lots of light. Warm also - underfloor heating in hall, kitchen and bathroom and great radiators in room. Fantastic location (right next to the beach and pier) and was great to have the parking space at the back of the property. Easy access with keys provided in safe lock outside the apartment door.

Generally the apartment looks a bit tired and is in need of a refresh and a repaint in some places, particularly the wall next to the kitchen table. Some things in the apartment are also broken - including the button to flush the toilet and the large shower head. The kitchen was also not as clean as expected and some other places in the apartment seemed quite dusty. There were also no dishtowels in the apartment. Would have also been nice to have a folder for the apartment with all relevant information in it and some recommendations for nearby places to eat and visit.

Wonderful location. Nice house. It was little bot hard to find key box and to enter garage but call staff, very quick response.

I saw there is 3 bed but 2 queen bed and 2 sofa bed.
