It was great!

Location is great 😊 very cozy atmosphere, great back yard, a lot of space. Fully equipped. Also really nice and helpful staff and the property owner.

The deep fryer was dirty with oil, sink in a bathroom was clogged, also we found a nail and someone’s underwear 🤣 however all these were minor issues which were quickly fixed. Also we couldn’t find proper coffee capsules for the coffee maker. It would have been great to know where we could bought them ☺️

Good value and great location

Excellent value for your money. We were a company of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers) and still had a lot of space. A well equipped kitchen. An extra plus for the private backyard where you can have breakfast/dinner when the sun shines. Great location with just a few minutes walk to both the beautiful beach and the main street with it's many restaurants.

Walking distance to the train station where you can easily go on to Gdansk or Gdynia. Close to the center true pier and the sea. Big bedroms with big closets.

Far too small toilet, you could barely close the door. The electronics would need to be reviewed.

Perfect location for any big group: friends or family

Location is absolutely perfect: one way street, so you get a small amount of traffic; beach near by; center road - 5 min walking. Spacious rooms and bathroom. All necessary kitchen items are there. Extra duvets and blankets and pillows - all there. Good beds. The garden was great. To sit in the evening with all of us (we were 8 adults). Two shops literally next door (one 1 min and the second 3 min walking). Very helpful host and his assistant.

The biggest problem is the toilet room: I am tall and most of us were, so sitting down, getting up in suuuuch a small space was a real challenge.

Ogromne rozczarowanie i zawód

Mieszkanie stare, zaniedbane. Rzeczywistość a zdjęcia to dwie różne bajki. Pełno Kurzu. Resztki jedzenia pod łóżkami. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny, który przez cały pobyt nie znikał wręcz wrócił z nami do domów pozostając na ciuchach. Na szczęście był to wyjazd ze znajomymi w celach rozrywkowych i większość czasu spędziliśmy po za mieszkaniem.

Niestety, zmuszeni byliśmy zrezygnować z obiektu (i ponieść tego pełne koszty - Booking.com jedynie zrekompensował 1/3 kwoty w postaci bonu na wykorzystanie w przyszłych rezerwacjach). W opisie pojawiła się informacja o oddzielnym salonie, jednak są tylko 3 sypialnie - kierownik obiektu wyjaśnił, że błąd w opisie leży po stronie Booking.com. Dodatkowo wilgoć i stęchlizna w obiekcie wykluczyły go jako lokum dla dzieci (najmłodsze 16 miesięcy). Jeśli chodzi o obsługę, to bardzo dobry kontakt z P. Moniką, która zakwaterowywała nas na miejscu, natomiast z samym obiektem - słaby. Przed samym przyjazdem (2 dni przed wizytą, w wyniku kontaktu z mojej strony z planowaną godziną przyjazdu), okazało się, że lokal dysponuje 9 miejscami, podczas gdy rezerwacja opiewała na 11 osób. Zaproponowano nam bezpłatnie dostawki w postaci rozkładanych foteli, tłumacząc, że Booking.com ma błąd w opisie (kolejny) i nie wiadomo, dlaczego udało się dokonać rezerwacji na 11 osób (dokonanej kilka miesięcy wcześniej, łącznie z podaniem wieku każdego dziecka). Tak więc my więcej nie skorzystamy z tego obiektu i będziemy odradzać go wszystkim znajomym. Mam nadzieję, że właściciel wyciągnie wnioski, będzie sprawdzał opisy własnych ogłoszeń, poprawi kontakt z gośćmi oraz przynajmniej przewietrzy lokal przed ich przyjazdem.
