The place is very spacious and located really close to the city centre (walking distance approx. 5 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay. Nice apartment where you can enjoy your holiday.

Enkelt og greit nok når man ikke skal henge i leiligheten så mye. Svært sentralt.

Urent kjøkkenutstyr, spesielt gryter og stekespanne. Mugg i tak på badet, ingen gardin i dusjen, man dusjet mens man så folk gå på gangstien litt lenger bort.

Przerażający syf.
Jedynym plusem tego apartamentu jest lokalizacja, tuż przy dworcu kolejowym. Ale i tak nie warto.
W dniach 05.09. - 07.09.2025 wraz z grupą 6 koleżanek odwiedziłyśmy ARTstay Sopot. Warunki w tym miejscu są skandaliczne. Zdjęcia widniejące na stronie są na pewno sprzed kilku lat. Aktualny stan to: pęknięta deska klozetowa, urwany kabel od suszarki do włosów zgłoszonej jako będąca na wyposażeniu, brudna kuchnia (w tym tragicznie brudna lodówka i zapchany odpływ w zmywarce, w której stała woda i była już widoczna pleśń). W łazience było mnóstwo czarnej pleśni. Natomiast sypialnie zawierały inne łóżka niż na zdjęciach, łóżka piętrowe były zakurzone kilkutygodniową warstwą kurzu... Nie było możliwości, by z nich korzystać. W jednej z sypialni znajduje się kompletnie uschnięta roślina. Wszystkie meble zawierają plamy, którego pochodzenia wolę nie dochodzić. Cały stan rzeczy udokumentowałam na zdjęciach, ponieważ ten horror ciężko wyrzucić z głowy. Nie wiem jakim cudem ten apartament ma tak wysokie opinie i tyle sobie liczy za noc! W dodatku apartament był oznaczony jako "Przyjazny dla alergików" - według mnie on daje przyspieszony bilet na tamten świat, kurz i pleśń są dla alergików zabójcze! Po tym jak wysłałam właścicielowi zdjęcie zapchanej, zapyziałej zmywarki, przestał odczytywać wiadomości. Do tego momentu był "przemiły", niestety miłym kontaktem takich warunków nie da się nadrobić.

Znakomity wyjazd
Bylismy grupą na weekendowy wyjazd. Lokalizacja jest świetna! Kontakt z gospodarzem fenomenalny :) Przestronny apartament, bardzo duzo miejsca do spania, dwie łazienki to ogromny plus przy tak duzej grupie. Kuchnia wyposazona, lokal czysty i zadbany. Przepiekne obrazy na scianach :)
Brak mozliwosci otwarcia okien w jednym pokoju, przez co bylo bardzo goraco :(
