Nice relaxing trip, the city is pretty.

Really close to the city center and beach, and the train station. Illuminated flat. Quiet place.

Great location in the heart of the town. Clean. Very comfortable layout and there was everything i needed. Modern but feels like home, so cosy. I wish there were cooking facilities though, at least one hob or something.

I needed a quick in and out location for one night, got what I wanted,

clean, fresh bedsheets, easy access, fantastic location. Monciak is just 50 meters away. Zabka grocery store just across the street. Need coke or beer or cheeps, you can have it in 2min

a bit of noise from the loud traffic during the night. If you need a sleep, you will have to close all windows

Great location and good value for money

The location is great - old beautiful building, close to the train station and the main street. The room was clean with basic kitchen supplies. Self check-in was very smooth

The room is tiny and has very small windows facing a wall, it’s at the ground floor so it’s very dark - that’s what we didn’t like the most.

The owner provided me with all detailed information about the room, collecting the keys, and so on. Room in an old beautiful renovated building. Close to all facilities, restaurants. Beach around 10 minutes by walk.

Room with windows facing a street - loud at nights, earplugs didn't make it, finally, I slept with the earphones and some music to drown out the sound of cars.

awful, dissapointing.

the only thing that was good was the location and wifi at apartmnent. Everything else was dissapointing.

The apartment is different size wise from pictures. They said, we will have a view from window, we didn't have that, the windows showed a wall only. The apartment was tiny and definetely not meant for 4 people. Only for one person. That's how tiny it is. There were barely any towels, there were 3 of us and we only had 4 towels???? We didn't have proper keys as well, so the only way to enter the apartment was through entering code everytime.

Excellent Place to stay

The property is very well located, near to beach, train station and all facilities are nearby. The apartment is clean , well equipped. The staff is very supportive, owner is very good and prompt. Special Thanks to Tatiana for helping us. Will visit again to this apartment.

Na weekend dla 2 osób bardzo w porządku.

Na plus kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za zakwaterowanie - pani też ułatwiła mi wcześniejsze zostawienie walizki. Generalnie na weekend to jest spoko miejscówka, jednak w więcej niż 2 osoby nie polecam przyjeżdżać, bo powierzchnia jest bardzo niewielka. Miło, że była herbata czy płyn do zmywania i świeża gąbka.

Nieszczelne okna. Raz, że marzłam, mimo rozkręconego kaloryfera, a dwa, że jest dość głośno od ulicy. Fajnie jakby był płyn do mycia ciała pod prysznicem. Na minus zatkany prysznic, jak się dłużej stało, to się woda po kostki gromadziła.

Kontakt z gospodynią, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, bardzo miła. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, kilka kroków od PKP (ale pociągów nie słychać). Bezpieczeństwo, kilka zabezpieczeń wejścia do mieszkania.

Niemożność odkręcenia kaloryferów, by wysuszyć ręcznik i nagrzać pokój (mimo września, na dworze w nocy było 6 stopni więc mieszkanie szybko się wychłodziło). Mogłoby być więcej sztućców. Szafka łazienkowa wymaga już wymiany.

Wygodne i czyste studio w doskonałej lokalizacji.

Studio wygodne i bardzo czyste. Lokalizacja doskonała, kilkadziesiąt metrów od dworca PKP i tyle samo od Monciaka. W obiekcie cicho i spokojnie. Okolica bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna. Wokół sklepy, żabki, restauracje, mc Donalds. Właściciel bardzo miły, nasze studio było dostępne przed wyznaczoną godziną.

W zasadzie prawie wszystko bardzo nam się podobało i polecam to studio, jako super położone, bardzo czyste itd. Ale … niestety, jako minus jest fakt, że okna mieszkania wychodzą na ciemny, ciasny wewnętrzny dziedziniec, przez co do środka wpada niewiele światła i w ciągu dnia trzeba palić światło. Dla niektórych może to nie problem, ale dla mnie tak. Dodatkowo ten ciasny dziedziniec za oknami wzmaga poczucie klaustrofobii. Na prawdę nie czepiam się, bo poza tym wszystko super, ale takie są moje wrażenia. Być może w innych apartamentach w tym obiekcie nie ma takiego efektu.

Doskonały kontakt z Właścicielką. Apartament został przygotowany wcześniej, zgodnie z prośbą. Mieszkanie czyste, na pierwszym piętrze. Wejście na kod. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Czysta pościel, komplet ręczników. Żelazko, deska, czajnik. Bardzo blisko do dworca PKP oraz do Monciaka. Polecam!!

Znakomita lokalizacja w centrum Sopotu tuż obok dworca PKP. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, bardzo czysty apartament wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne na krótki pobyt. Po drugiej stronie ulicy Żabka na niewielkie zakupy.

Można pomyśleć nad wymianą telewizora, który się zawieszał w czasie oglądania.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, łatwość z odbiorem kluczy, ale przede wszystkim znakomita obsługa. Pani Tatiana jest przemiła. Obiekt odpowiedział pozytywnie na nasze prośby. Jestem bardzo zadowolony- czasem z właścicielami apartamentów kontakt bywa różny, tutaj na medal! Wrócę z całą pewnością.

Na siłę. W aneksie kuchenka mikrofalowa. Ja osobiście preferuję płytę, ale nie ma to najmniejszego wpływu na ogólną ocenę. 5 z dużym plusem.
