Communication with the owner was smooth, we were allowes to leave our luggage there after check out. Check out at 12 latest was nice

The are was spot on.

There was a broken toilet (i had to remove a cover to flush the water) also shower cabin was blocked. Tried to contact someone but there was no answer. Place is really old.

Very very close to the railway station, just 100 MTR distance from the sopot summer festival, we stayed in attic room view from there through the window is like a dream

Property didn't have elevator if we go with heavy luggages then we have to suffer to lift the luggages upto 3rd floor in wooden stairs

Located right in the center, a few minutes to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We received a code for the gate and front door via text message, everything went without problems. The room was nice, the beds gave no reason to complain. I spent a couple of minutes to relax on the balcony when we arrived in the evening and on the next morning, but it won’t fit more than two people.

The great location has its drawbacks: until the early morning hours people returning home roamed the street singing and laughing really loud. Add to the mix the roar of expensive cars and motorcycles revved up by those who need to show off, and you realize you should have brought ear plugs. Or close the windows, but we had 30°C during the day, so we rather left it open…

Suppose to have two queen size bed. However, the property only provide 1 queen size and 1 single bed for 5 of us

Przesympatyczny właściciel, świetny kontakt, pomocny. Samo centrum, wszędzie blisko. Pokój czysty, aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne. Suszarka w pokoju na plus. Kiedy zgłosiłam, że jest trochę chłodno, właściciel natychmiast dołożył do pieca. Pokój był przygotowany wcześniej niż o 15 co było dużym plusem bo byliśmy wcześniej. Wszystkie instrukcje co do klucza zostały wysłane w dniu wyjazdu na maila.

Mieszkanko w samym centrum Sopotu w starej kamienicy. Wszędzie blisko. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy, kontaktowy i bardzo, bardzo pomocny. Czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Obiekt bardzo czysty i przyjemny. Polecam wszystkim. Dziękujemy i będziemy wracać.

Czysto, blisko, tanio, fajnie, polecam.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 100-150m od PKP, 150-200m do deptaka w kierunku sopockiego molo zarazem spokojna okolica. Wszędzie blisko.

Jak na dłuższy wyjazd to wspólny aneks nie jest dogodny lecz na parodniowy wypad to nie robi różnicy.

Piękna lokalizacja. Dla fanów kamienic idealnie.

Lokalizacja i sam budynek. Jestem wielką fanką kamienic a ta była jeszcze w przepięknej okolicy (inne przepiękne kamienice, blisko morza) i pomimo bliskości Monciaka było cicho i spokojnie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą/właścicielem.

Nie mam nic przeciwko starszym meblom, dawno nie remontowanym pomieszczeniom. Zależało mi na byciu blisko centrum i na czystości. Tego drugiego moim zdaniem trochę brakowało. Wiadomo, że nie robi się deep cleana po każdym gościu ale tutaj już dawno tego nie było. Łazienka wymaga uwagi, odpływ brodzika był zatkany. Kosz w pokoju nie był opróżniony po poprzednich gościach i dostaliśmy w połowie zużytą rolkę papieru toaletowego więc ostatniej nocy (byliśmy na 2) już brakowało. Wiem, że płaciłam za lokalizację ale biorąc pod uwagę stan to cena wydała mi się jednak za duża. Nie zmienia to faktu, że miło spędziłam czas a lokalizacja była fantastyczna.
