Beau logement très spacieux
Très bien situé toutes les commodités à côtés Il y a 3 chambre sauf que 2 lits simples ce trouvait dans la salle à mangé pas très agréables et pas très pratique
Matériel aspirateur ne fonctionnant pas Vaisselles manquait des assiettes taille moyenne pour 6 personnes. Manque de prise de courant dans les chambres pour recharger les téléphones Bémol cuisine seulement avec 2 plaques induction Lavabeau très petit pas possible d'être à 2 en même temps dans la salle de bain. Couettes de lit trop petite manquait des couvertures. Chauffe eau pas très réglementaire voir photos Éclairage des chambres ainsi que la cuisine à l'extérieur manquait lumière dans la cuisine ampoules défectueuses qui n'as pas été remplacés depuis notre arrivé alors que nous l'avons signalé.

Fajny apartament dla dużej rodziny.
Bardzo przestronny apartament, dużo miejsca do przechowywania, 2 toalety (chociaż jedna bez ogrzewania i jest tam zimno!) Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Masa sprzętów kuchennych i akcesoriów. Telewizja kablowa. Cieplutko. Cudowna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko ale i cicho.
Zapomnij ze znajdziesz miejsce parkingowe miejskie w pobliżu, spacer 500m minimum. Na wejściu do kamienicy parkuje masa samochodów, trzeba się przeciskać z bagażami czy siatkami żeby wejść, wyjść. Na klatce schodowej często pachnie jak w smażalni ryb. Wyposażenie łazienki można by odświeżyć.

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist wirklich sehr zentral.
Leider war die Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand. Kühlschrank war unbrauchbar. Wasserhahn war kaputt. Türklinken sind einfach runtergefallen.Die Gas - Heizung war so installiert das man sich sorgen machen musste. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, an den Wänden/Betten/Sofakissen waren Flecken oder sonstiger Schmutz / Dreck. Der Vermieter hat wohl mit Absicht auf eine Aussenansicht vom Haus verzichtet. Ein Handwerker kam mehrmals um zu reparieren - aber er hat dann resigniert. Die zahllosen Probleme müssen dem Vermieter bekannt gewesen sein. Wenn man sich beschwert komme. Sprüche wie „so sind Heizungen in Polen halt installiert oder so sehen viele Häuser in Sopot aus“ - es gab keine Entschuldigung, aber ein Frühstücksgutschein und eine Gutschrift für die Lokale Touristensteuer vom Vermieter. Leider hat der Ärger uns den Urlaub verhagelt. Der Vermieter hat meiner Meinung nach kein Interesse an zufriedenen Kunden. Manger um die Beschwerden vor zu bringen waren nicht erreichbar. Keine Empfehlung - Achtung !!!
