A nice room with a private bathroom in a shared space near Monte Cassino St.

The aesthetics of the place was very nice. The original wood beams and the color choice for the room was very nice. Also, the room I chose had a mini fridge, private bathroom, and a desk. Plus I had a flat screen tv with access to Netflix. I also had free Wifi as well. It was super close to Monte Cassino St.

The description of this place was deceiving. It is not a private apartment. It is a room within a huge flat that has been converted into something above a hostel but below a private apartment. It was easy to locate the building and get in. The building has 4 floors. I was instructed to go to apt. 1. When I got to apt. 1, a man was leaving the flat, because he lived there. After calling several times to the office that manages the place, they helped me to understand that I must go back to the 4th floor and that 'apartment' was the entry way to where my flat/room was. I had gone upstairs to investigate earlier, but it was poor lit and there was nothing to notify me that this was the location. Further more, it looked like someone lived there. It also felt creepy. So after having the lady on the phone and her explaining to me, I did in fact see that there was a specialized entry and a code. I used the code and got int. I was shocked to see that there was a 'common' kitchen and doorways to rooms. If I had known that I was renting a room with a shared kitchen I would not have chosen this location. I am a single woman and I felt totally unsafe. My plans to cook and such were also destroyed because I felt unsafe. The room itself was very nice, but there were two small issues. The TV wasn't actually hooked up to Netflix or the internet, so I had to arrange this myself. In my opinion, this should have already been prepared for guests in advance. The electric kettle in the room was broken. After trying other outlets, I saw that for sure it was broken. I used the 'common electric' kettle in my room and then put it back. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just me. The common kettle worked with no issues. So what I didn't like is the deceptive way the title is for this property. That is an easy fix and it should be stated clearly what you're getting and paying for.

Dobra miejscowka na wypady ,ale do morza wg map Google 1100m

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra jeśli chodzi o wypady..Po drugiej stronie ulicy Aldi,Pepco,Rossmann. Przy podziemnym przejściu zaraz bary,Żabka i przystanek autobusowy skąd można dojechać do Skm-ki. Ogólnie warunki dobre ale ludziom starszym nie polecam,bo ,,Apartamenty'' zrobione są po strychu więc wysoko.

Właścicielka czy pracownica ma mało w sobie empatii i jest mało elastyczna w podejściu do klienta Szukając kwatery zgubiłam się w Sopocie . Do tego padał mi telefon i jechałam na power banku .Pani z kwatery wiedziała o sytuacji. Kiedy dotarłam do kwatery po 3h umęczona ,była godzina 15.20(doba od 16) nie miałam jeszcze kodu do wejścia . Na moją prośbę o kod usłyszałam ,że muszę zapłacić 50zl jeśli chcę wejść wcześniej. Bez przesady chodziło o pół godziny ,a sytuacje mogą być różne gdy ludzie jadą z daleka. Na szczęście power bank wytrzymał ,bo kod do wejścia dostałam punkt 16 na maila Inaczej chyba pozostało by mi wracać do domu. Dzień wcześniej pytałam smsem czy mogę zostawić bagaż, bo będę wcześniej nie wiedząc,że wszystko jest na kody i nie masz na miejscu kontaktu z człowiekiem..bez odpowiedzi. Nie podoba mi się, że kwatera każe wypełniać kartę meldunkową przez neta chcąc nr.dowodu i podpis. Ja akurat trafiłam tak pechowo, że w pokoju był popsuty czajnik (korzystałam z tego na korytarzu) i uszkodzona spłuczka. Do morza trzeba przejść całą główną ulicę 1100m

Pokój był bardzo nieustawnie urządzony widać że lokal przerobiony na maksimu możliwych pokoi Co powoduje że są bardzo małe. W łazience brakuje półek na kosmetyki oraz uchwytu na papier. Prysznic przystosowany dla dzieci tak mały
