Great value. Quiet location with a few supermarkets near the hotel. The subway station is some 15 mins walk from the hotel

The location of hotel is to some extend good , but the cleanliness is worst. All the carpets are stained and ages old, the room was never made in 5 days of total stay even though the reminder was left

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is good value for money and conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to get around. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast service. Every morning, we had to constantly wait for basic items such as bowls, cutlery, coffee machine refills, jam, butter, bread and milk. The staff in the dining room did not appear to be working as a coordinated team, and there seemed to be no clear allocation of responsibilities or stations. The service was very slow, and even simple requests seemed to take a considerable amount of time. With better organisation and teamwork, the breakfast experience could be significantly improved. For this reason, I would not recommend adding the breakfast package, as unfortunately it did not feel worth the money or the time spent waiting.

The Best thing about this hotel was the breakfast buffet. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and it was not. The first night we stayed there, we had to change rooms because the smoke from another room was so bad. We switched rooms and though the smoke was better, we could still smell smoke on our floor. In addition, I was working from my hotel room and required a good internet signal. The internet signal in our room was very bad and I could not connect to the internet. I tried to remedy it by asking if I could work in a conference room (privacy is needed for my work) the staff said they could charge me a pro-rated rate for the conference room. I had to buy a data SIM card to use my phone for business. There is also no cleaning service, so we had to ask for clean towels, linens, and toilet paper when needed. I was sorely disappointed as we booked the hotel for 7 nights.
