I am in support for high automation in hotels and other businesses to reduce simple manual labor. This hotel doesn't have a reception - it's all done via an app. So what's the issue ? They list themselves in Agoda but apparently they had a bug which meant the "correct" booking id to be used to check in with the app and access the building wasn't sent out. I had received a booking confirmation with the Agoda booking ID and an additional reservation ID which is supposedly issued by the hotel - apparently that was NOT it and there's a 3rd one. It's winter, minus temperature, my phone battery is dying, and I desperately try to contact them on the limited support channels they provide - it took me 40 minutes to get someone to help me who just said "yes, the integration with some website doesn't work and we have to send the code manually, but we don't do it until you contact us". Bottom line: you want to save money by automating everything, good ! But get it done PROPERLY and test thing well. Limiting "real people" support options with dumb chatbots can only be afforded if you have a reliable system in place.

I'm down with the movement. #NUMA * There was an aboslutely lovely woman who helped me check in on 29/09/25. She went above and beyond for me - please give her a raise. This hotel is stunning and couldnt be better value/comfort for a solo traveller, couple.. even allow animals! EVERYTHING you need. Dont pause.

The facilities were fantastic. The laundry room and all the additional amenities that came with it were great. I loved having access to an iron as well. Had a little issue with the self check-in though since I never got the email on the day-of for my self check-in so I had to get in touch with someone on WhatsApp but even if it was past 12 AM they managed to help me out. After that, all was great. Cute location, near a metro and restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the room, was just perfect for what we needed. Please keep in mind there is a city-tax that you'll have to pay when you book this place whick I wasn't aware of. I believe it's somewhere around 5% of the sub-total of your booking. We would totally come back!

We didn't get the link through Agoda for the REQUIRED online check in so we asked by email and got the response like 7 hours later. Of course we didn't wait for it since we were already standing outside the hotel when we wanted to check in so we called, got a link. The online check-in experience is a huge mandatory data grab. After you entered your life, they REQUIRE you to take a picture of every guest's identity document, front and back side. They don't tell you what they use it for, or why they need it. My girlfriend didn't have the passport, but their automatic verification tool only accepted passports for her country. Thus we couldn't check in, in rain and cold without being able to get inside a common area or anything like this since their hotel is not staffed. When we called them with the issue they couldn't tell us if they would figure it out. Then they found out that they are overbooked. They didn't have any room in the hotel, but since they have multiple locations, they offered us to stay at one of their other hotels in the city. First hotel they offered was 12km away. Real bummer. First thing they offered was actually cancellation, which on a busy weekend is not an option. We didn't accept both and they offered a closer hotel and we accepted. When we complained a little we got offered decompensation for an uber ride to the new one, and 15% off of the stay (At the time of the review neither happened). The other location was pretty nice, big, quiet, and clean room. So I guess it's a unique experience, but if I knew this data grab, I wouldn't choose it over others. On the phone there was always other people, and they never called us. Every time it was us having to call them. I guess every personell was outsourced to maximize profits, which is unfortunate
