    Pillows were 1-foot thick, lots of pillows, but horrible. I had to roll towels and make a pillow. Running toilets.

    While indicating that water will be suspended at 11pm since 9.30pm is had no water. When I tried my luck in the morning I have been told be recepction (when finally answered) that they have a problem with the water in the 2nd floor, I kindly asked for a different room to be able to take a shower and leave to a meeting, recepction said that they will try and left me on the phone for 10min with no solution. Cleaning wise I found a bunch of long hair in the bathroom, im bold, it wasn't mine. Stay away from this hotel.

    The hotel is accessible to places like restaurants but you need to take taxi/uber for the streets are very dangerous to walk to places . We had problems in our room. It should have been inspected on a regular basis before arrival of new guests. First night was horrible for the air conditioning was not working and it was very humid in our room . We called help but not available for repairs. Second problem, there’s no cold water in our bathroom , just hot water. Imagine , hot room and hot water on first night. We came for dental treatments/ dental implants so we need comfortable place to rest. The third, no hair dryer which is needed and should be inspected before arrival of guests. The problems were partially resolved. The air conditioning was still sporadic . It cools then turns off . We had dental appointments most days. The Front desk Katerin was very rude too when I asked the state of the room as a follow up the next day. Exchange of the room was offered with one bed. It was not possible for our gums were sore and we are in pain from dental surgery and needed separate beds for a comfortable sleep. Positive notes :The breakfast is good and the housekeeping ladies.
