Very friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful and it was made for me early so I could get to an early appointment. Our room was nice and roomy. Downstairs was large and opened to a small but lovely back yard. I usually choose to stay here when I must visit immigration.

The room is upstairs so I had to leave my walker downstairs and go up and down stairs for breakfast and to go out.

Beautiful garden and pond. Warm and welcoming lobby and dining room. My daughter loved writing on the bricks in the walkway and leaving her mark.

Water was off when we arrived but next morning and next day we enjoyed hot and well pressurized showers. I would have liked to know in advance the water was off. I was planning on washing and styling our hair when we arrived.

We arrived very late and staff was patient and friendly. They also advised us on nearby locations to get some food. Morning staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was included, with minimal but essential food. The decors were awesome

Our room was close to the breakfast area and it was very noisy early in the morning. The stairs from the inner patio area were wet because of the rain, and they were very slippery

The staff was very friendly. I arrived late and they waited for me. The courtyard was lovely. Breakfast was very basic. Due to an upset stomach, I stayed a second night, but changed rooms because the description of the Junior Suite was incorrect.

The room descriptions are inaccurate. On the first night, I had the so-called Junior Suite with a supposedly separate bedroom. In reality, it was a small shoebox, dingy and stuffy. After a 36-hour journey from Europe, I didn't have the energy to complain. I changed rooms the next day, which was better. "Private entrance" probably refers to the door. Despite pointing out the incorrect description and receiving a promise to change it, it's still listed exactly like that. The suite with a balcony, which I was interested in, doesn't have the living room shown in the picture (apparently because the owner lives there, I was told). So much for 55 square meters. One thing I found particularly annoying: On the first morning, I was offered pancakes. I declined due to stomach problems, but I was happy to have the option. The next morning, I did accept the pancakes, ate one, and skipped the other breakfast. Shortly before my Uber arrived, I was suddenly charged about $8 for the pancakes. A menu was then presented (which also listed the other breakfast options), which I had never seen before. They didn't tell me it would cost extra when they offered it to me. I think this treatment of guests is awful. Therefore, contrary to my original plan, I've decided not to stay there again.
