The room was nice. And clean. Good sheets. Great fan.
Access to the room was inside the public kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink. The single on-site manager was hard to locate when I had trouble locking my garden door. When finally I was able to contact him he was extremely rude because I had disturbed him. However, HE DID APOLOGIZE. After that, he was nice. Based on what he said and didn’t say, I got the impression that it is hard to promise 24/7 customer service with only one housekeeper and only one manager.
