    Stayed 4 nights in unit 35A. Unit is spacious with exceptional view of the ocean. However kitchen and bathroom need renovation.

    We enjoyed our time catching up in this apartment which had absolute oceanfront views And a lot of space, but really does need some renovations. Carpets come of couches, feedings are in need of replacing and updating. The pool was warm enough to swim in inside even in winter and the sauna was nice. The steam room had a bit of a smell but good to have that option. The location is close to Broadbeach And for the price was relatively good value.
