    We had booked for 4 nights and had very bad experience living into this room. As soon as we check-in found window in one bed room cant open at all which didn’t have AC also so getting suffocation and headache sleeping into that room. We complaint and manager on duty said someone will come to fix after 2 days because they didn’t have enough staff and someone came after 2 days and they just took the window glass out totally instead of proper fix so next 2 days and night we had to stay in fear for getting burglary in our room due to no glass. 2nd day of our stay one bathroom lock got corrupted and couldn’t open so we couldn’t use 2nd bathroom for 3 days which we already pain rent for. For lock issue they said someone will come on next day but no one came. Each day whenever I tried to call their given number which is of her manager she never picked up my call and just replied in SMS saying she is busy in meeting I was trying 3-4 times since 2-3 days and everytime she didn’t pick up my call saying busy in meeting so which sounds too much lie After all this bad experience I said you couldn’t fix my any of above issues on time and properly, can you refund some of my total rent and she said okay will give you after you check out. After check out when I tried to contact her few times in SMS no reply from her, I tried to call her but never picked up my call showing she blocked my number. I and my family got worst experience about room and their staff although she was a manager, I strongly suggest never book this apartment and with other people don’t suffer like what we suffered there.

    Pros - in a great location, parking available, nice views from our apartment, great showers. Cons - Pool was freezing, floors were dirty, fan in second bedroom did not work, no staff on site, only 1 key for a whole family. NO WIFI!! Had to pay $30 AUD for 1 weeks worth of very slow internet access. No netflix, only basic channels with bad reception, unable to cast from phones to tv. Conclusion - This place needs some TLC and a cleaner, feet ended up black after walking on floors, no info on what to do with key at end of stay. Handy to a lot of areas, walking distance to Cavill Ave. Would stay again, but only if options were limited and with a lower price margin.

    We stayed here for one week… • Management were rude and no where to be seen on site for our entire stay. • Apartment - filthy, had mould in bathroom and bedroom, dirty and used oven trays in oven, bedsheets smelt on arrival, the list could go on! • Informed via call on arrival that the lift had just broken (we were on the top floor), spoke to our lovely neighbours and it has been broken for months! Management wouldn’t move us to a lower level and blamed us for this. Had to use the emergency fire stairwell for our entire stay which were poorly lit. • Contacted Agoda regarding these issues and management ignored them also. We’ve stayed in hostels which were in better shape than the apartment we were allocated. Definitely catfished us on the photos. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.
