    After booking from this site I didn't receive any emails directly from the resort. Reception is closed weekends n from 3pm weekends. There is a number you can call , we called 3 times no one picked up at 4pm. As we didn't receive our case code number to take the keeps out. I was extremely anxious. But after the 4 time a pleasant female picked up and was very helpful. Long term Residents also live in the resort too. We had no hair dryer in the room Reception was very responsive. Our room was cosy. Overall very good Excluding the bumpy start.

    When somewhere advertises airconditioning and dryer, you expect them to be working. They weren't. I mentioned the dryer to staff on day 1 and was told they'd look into it. No biggie. No response. When I discovered the aircon was out of gas and was just moving warm air around the room, given the responsiveness, it didn't seem worth my time asking for a room change. But when I got woken up by someone's dog barking as they left it alone at 10:45 at night to go out and couldn't get back to sleep because of the heat and non-functioning AC, I wrote an email to the resort mentioning all 3 things. NO REPLY. Some aspects of this resort have been updated - the bedrooms looked newly fitted out but the black mould in the grout in the bathrooms was offputting. The pool and gym facilities are woeful - no water provided anywhere near the 'gym' and massive holes in the ceiling of the disabled toilets which doubles as a change room. Definitely not accessibility friendly
