    Comfortable private rooms. 7/11 next door. Public area has good sitting/eating areas with public microwave, plates and cutlery. Easy secure parking Busy main road, but good access by car to anywhere in Sydney.

    It was shocking to me that they have requested a deposit given the condition of the property, particularly as the broken toilet door had clearly not been repaired. The damage looked severe and the overall upkeep of the space did not match what was expected. For the price paid for one night, it did not reflect good value at all. The bedroom itself was acceptable, but other areas were not. The balcony were poorly maintained, and the broken door was particularly concerning that I didn’t even wanted to take pics of it cause it was extremely unsightly. There were also multiple switchboards in the bathroom (around six), but limited accessible power points in the bedroom, making it inconvenient to charge devices. Overall, the property felt very dated and under-maintained, and there were very few other guests around, which added to the sense that it is not well looked after or regularly occupied. I would not recommend staying here and would suggest looking elsewhere.
