    This is the second time we stayed at Westside motel. It is valued for its price. Room is clean. Room service staff is cheerful. Parking space is tight when you come back late. Coin operated washing machine located on Ground floor next to Room 14. Check in starts at 2pm. Contact reception for access to key safe if you arrive after 11pm. Check out before 10am. Bus stop towards CBD is located right outside the motel. Do reassure you have pressed stop button with BUS STOPPING sign on for bus coming back from CBD as the bus will likely skip the stop in the dark.

    Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms were extremely small and felt quite cramped, making the stay far less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue was the booking. When making the reservation through the app/website, we specifically selected a room with two beds. However, when we arrived, there was confusion regarding the bed configuration and we were told we would need to pay additional money to receive what we believed we had already booked and paid for. This was frustrating, particularly after a long day of travelling. Guests should be able to rely on the room and bed configuration displayed and selected at the time of booking without being faced with unexpected additional charges on arrival. Overall, the combination of the very small rooms and the booking mix-up made for a disappointing experience and unfortunately not one we would choose to repeat.

    Would not stay here again. The beds were clearly not cleaned properly — there was hair all through the sheets & blankets from previous guests which was disgusting. It made the whole room feel dirty and unhygienic. To make it worse, the fridge smelled like something had died in there which made the whole place feel unclean and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any motel. Very disappointing experience.
