Back of the building, so quiet, good hot water, comfortable bed.
Broken TV, sitting unsecured on a ledge; no garbage bin; air con wouldn't work so it was cold; window locked closed so no fresh air or air con; ugly DIY repairs with shower cold tap only working when turned the wrong way; shower curtain hanging by less than half the hooks needed; and no electricity sockets near the bed or able to take a transformer, except in the bathroom.
