    I stay here often when I am working nearby. It is a basic Ibis - valet parking, facilities on site and some shade facilities with Novotel which is across the road. Good access to Dubai Mall area via taxi, ride share or metro. Slightly disappointed this visit because there was no hot water in my room on the morning I left and 45 minutes after I reported it, someone finally came to fix it. Sadly it was too late as I had to leave/check out, and go to work. Reported again on check out and was told "let us know next time and we will make sure that you are looked after"....which I found to be a bit of a bizarre way to handle the complaint.. Can't fault it overall - it's just a shame I had to have a cold shower! It's only happened this one time and I have stayed multiple times, so the hit rate is still good!

    Firstly i booked smoking room and they gave me non-smoking room. Room AC was not good at all. Mini fridge door was not closing properly, so, we cohld not keep anything inside. Too much stains were there under matress, which could spready germs. Elevators were working with card, which is one of the best security system, but receptionist didn't tell anything to us, and we ends up waiting in basement, till the time i realised that we need to tap card. Room was not clean as the standard. Shower was having issue, either the water was getting too hot or too cold. I will say i just wasted money, we were there till next afternoon but because of all of this we left the room in 9 hours only. They need to work on their standard when they are using accor as a brand title. I gave 2 for staff, because security was nice.
