Rauhallinen ympäristö, myös talo oli rauhallinen ja äänetön. Asunto oli mukava, saunan lämmitys sujui nopeasti ja lasitettu parveke tarjosi hyvän vilvoittelumahdollisuuden. Raitiovaunupysäkki oli hyvin lähellä.
Pieni pettymys oli siinä, ettei autotalli ollut enää käytettävissä. Sopeuduimme kuitenkin nopeasti tilanteeseen ja se ei haitannut loman onnistumista.

Appartement de très grand confort, moderne, calme, parfaitement équipé, dans un immeuble de standing neuf. Il est situé à une distance de marche raisonnable du centre d'Helsinki et tout proche du bord de mer. Pour ceux que la marche rebute, un tramway passe à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Le sauna est un plus que nous avons apprécié. Ilgis s'est montré très attentif et réactif. Les instructions pour l'arrivée et le départ étaient très précises. Merci.
