1. I’m proud to offer a SMOKE-FREE unit for guests! However, while the building is non-smoking in common areas, smoke from other units can sometimes drift into hallways. If you're sensitive, it might be best to book elsewhere.
2. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.
3. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. No other types of pets are permitted.

We had a lovely stay! Our host Lessley kept us informed every step of the way. Instructions were clear and well thought out. The property was so close to all the places we wanted to visit and only minutes to the bustling Fremont neighborhood!
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone interested in a stay in the center of the universe!

This place is great--Kitchen, location, even a cute patio. The manager is also a great communicator so even if you are dumb and can't find it at first in the dark, you will be just fine! (Cough...) We also had a family emergency and had to leave early and couldn't enjoy as much as we wanted, and the manager was great about us having to leave fast. We will be back to enjoy again!

Great host and location. Clean, cute, nice courtyard. Access is too complicated. Advertised as sleeping 4 adults but one bed is only a full and the other is an air mattress that has to be inflated. Barely room for 3 to sit in living room. One loveseat and one small chair. TV use in Living room requires chrome cast app, which requires download for iPhone or apple products.
