PREMIER LOCATION! WALK across the street to Strands Beach and Vista Park, no need to w hassle beach parking. Near 5 star hotels, 1/2 mi. from Ritz-Carlton & shares adjoining beach.
Partial OCEAN VIEW: Master King bedroom, Master Patio & Queen Bedroom.
This home is located in the PRESTIGIOUS Monarch Beach section of Dana Point.
There is a Strict No Pet property. The home's office has the Fastest Wifi available, large desk with printer & scanner.
This townhouse has 3 TVs streaming (55" TV in master bedroom), is renovated with designer touches, has a fireplace, dining room, front porch, 2 patios both with additional outdoor dining, BBQ, hammock, equipped kitchen and indoor full sized laundry.
The third bedroom has a daybed w trundle/2 twin beds with a supply of games/puzzles/books.
Front patio beach closet has backpack sand chairs, folding camp chairs, surf/boogie boards, sand toys, beach games and umbrellas.
The community has a pool, jacuzzi and adult jacuzzi.
This is a single level home with only 6 steps to up to the front patio.
A stroller, pack and play portable crib are on site.
Strict no pet policy.
This is a 30+ day rental. A starter kit of household consumables is given.
