This ocean facing second story condo has an abundance of natural light. The interior features new plank flooring, fireplace, a comfortable family room with plenty of seating, dining area, kitchen with quartz countertops, a large primary suite with a king size bed. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and there is a full size sleeper sofa - perfect for sleeping 6. A private balcony off the second bedroom is perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean. A full size washer and dryer are located in a closet in the second bathroom. Each bedroom offers large closets with an abundance of storage.

SEASIDE ESCAPE is just around the corner from so many quaint seaside villages and beach towns...too much to explore in just one stay! A short 10 min drive into the beautiful and ‘artsy’ seaside town of Laguna beach and just a few minutes drive to the historic San Juan Capistrano and the Quaint Los Rios district, which includes charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries it's hard to pick which one to do first. In San Juan Capistrano there’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family!
SEASIDE ESCAPE is central to all of Southern California’s entertainment amenities and so easy to find. We’re located just 60 minutes south from Los Angeles airport, 60 minutes north of San Diego airport, and 30 minutes south of John Wayne airport in orange county. Sea World, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo are all within an hour or less not to mention the hundreds of galleries and museums and thousands of quality restaurants throughout all three counties to enjoy during your stay.
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. This rental is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. There are two flights of stairs, no elevator.
