Located several 100 yards from the water's edge, this Dana Point Jewel is located between Laguna Beach to the north and San Clemente beach to the south. Situated on a bluff, the condo has fantastic views of Doheny Beach and the blue ocean and views of Catalina Island and the beautiful lights of Dana Point Harbor. Doheny Beach is a two minute drive down the bluff or a 10 minute walk and has fire pits and picnic benches. Restaurants, groceries, theatres, churches, shopping malls, etc. are minutes away. Three five star hotels, namely, the Ritz Carlton, the St Regis and the Montage are also minutes away.
Easily accessible from both airports, Lax (60 minutes) and John Wayne (30 minutes), the condo is close to all of Southern California's attractions. Areas of interest include Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Balboa Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente Beach.
