On the first floor of 1 house: First floor apartment of 50m2 with courtyard of about 30m2 closed by 1 gate with its garden furniture table, chairs and barbecue. Outdoor shower for the return from the beach. Apartment 100m from the large beach, 1 street to cross and you are there... its shops, its entertainment, its restaurants, its thalassotherapy, its casino, Gr34 for hikers,....
Entrance room with 1 piece of furniture, 1 living room, kitchen, living room with its convertible sofa bed with 1 comfortable mattress topper 140 X 190 + 1 bedroom 2 X 2 people, i.e. 2 beds of 140 X 190 (=4 agile, flexible people, or even children to access the upper bed), bunk beds (see photos). 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and 1 piece of furniture. 1 separate toilet room with 1 washing machine... i.e. 1 total of 3 beds X 2 people in 140 X 190.
Gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer in the upper part, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner...
In + 1 room with 1 table and chairs available (8m2).
1 street to cross and you are on the and the large beach and the shops and their entertainment with its port at 15 minutes walk.
Pets accepted by mutual agreement.
If you want linen, bed sheets, towels and dish towels, you say, the price is fixed//to the number of people.

We had a most wonderful and relaxed stay at the apartment in Pleneuf-Val-Andre! The house has everything and is very practical. We also loved the location: within 100 yards you find yourself on a glorious sandy beach with beautiful views. We enjoyed the fact that the town is very French and has lots of French visitors, not just filled with foreign tourists (like us!) :) A highlight was the tennis tournament, which we watched during a few evenings during that week (6-13 August); it was free to come and watch and we were treated to some amazing, high-level tennis! The wine restaurant opposite the house looked really good and it’s worth booking a table well in advance, as it is very popular. A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Renault for letting us stay at this wonderful ground-floor apartment. The outdoor area has late afternoon plus early evening sun, lovely to sit out and eat and chat. We would love to come back soon!
