In Pléneuf-Val-André, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 90 m² house on 3 levels with sea view, 200 m from the beach. It has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV, balcony with sea view
- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), balcony with sea view
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, WC
Exterior:
- A beautiful 200 m² private enclosed garden surrounding the house with furniture
- A balcony on the first floor and a balcony in one of the bedrooms with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Beach equipment (parasol, beach games and beach chairs)
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings, with the beach just 200 m away on foot. Nearby you'll find all the shops you need: cafés, bakery, Friday market, crêperie, fishmonger, fashion, ice-cream parlour, restaurants...
Recommendation: "Galettes et fourchette" creperie, "Mon petit pois m'a dit" restaurant, "Ty papo" ice cream parlour.
