Apartment near Tskaltubo spa restort

The apartment has a rather spacious living room combined with a kitchen. It has a lot of potential to become a much more comfortable place than how I found it. There were no day curtains when I arrived and since all the windows of the apartment face the yard where there were people sitting on a bench and socializing at all hours of the day during my stay, it was not acceptable to me. When I informed the owner about it immediately upon my arrival, he tried to get out of doing something about it by saying that the previous guests have damaged the curtains. When I said it was a dealbreaker for me, he sent his mother to bring curtains. The lady was very polite and classy and the problem with missing curtains was resolved quickly. I was very grateful for that.

The bedroom is small and is located just above the entrance door to a neighbors' apartment. People would regularly hang out there until very late in the evening. Probably not a big problem for a night bird or someone who can sleep through anything, but for me it was a considerable disturbance. It also had no air conditioner (there was one in the living room). The matrasses were rather old and several other things in the apartment required owner's immediate attention. For example, the air conditioner in the living room broke while I was there during very hot weather. The owner came promptly and showed concern, but it turned out the cause of the breakdown was that the air filters had not been cleaned for a long time. So, this was easily preventable. I actually participated in the cleaning of the filters together with the owner. The bathroom door was damaged and the shower curtain was old and moldy. Finally, the apartment is indeed rather close to the Tskaltubo spa, if you have a car. On foot, however, it would take me about 25 min.

Apartment was nicely equipped and everything was working. Neat and tidy.
