Hot tub not working

Loved the size, so spacious. Well equipped. Pool awesome, it wasn’t as cold as I expected. Sun Properties managed the house very well.

El sauna no funciona. El gas se acabó y no pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente. No hay cobertores extras en las camas, que está bien para el calor pero no cuando hace frío. No hay instrucciones de que hacer con la basura. Los anfitriones no llegaron cuando nos fuimos.

This is a huge and beautiful villa in a very nice quiet location with some amazing facilities, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub (although it took a while for it to heat up).

The hot water supply to the showers in the villa was poor as it was relying on solar heating. To be fair, the property manager sent an engineer who switched on the main boiler after which we got hot water in two of the four bathrooms. The jacuzzi in the main bathroom was out of order and we were told that it is not advertised, however, it is included in the photos and so people booking this property may believe that it is available for use. The sauna was good but we were only able to use for one day as it tripped out and would not restart.
