Villa Isabella, Luxury Villa with Heated Pool Ocean View in Adeje, Tenerife

Het zwembad was fantastisch. Fijn dat het verwarmd was en voldoende ligbedjes. Locatie is erg mooi, fantastisch uitzicht op zee en Adeje. Aan de overkant kun je via een wandelpad naar beneden, naar een strandje; een stukje prachtige natuur. Diverse supermarkten op 5 minuten rijden van de accomodatie. Centrum van Adeje 10 minuten rijden. Duidelijk filmpje met instructie voor het hek en de sleutels.

De matrassen (op 1 na), waren aan vervanging toe. Ze waren zo zacht, dat je naar het midden rolt en het geeft geen steun aan je rug. Lekkage bij 1 van de douches; op het bad is een doucheraam geplaatst en deze lekt water dat onder het toilet en bidet blijft liggen. Ook lekkage bij de wasmachine. De vaatwasser is ook aan vervanging toe, deze werkt slecht. Communicatie met de beheerder is slecht. Onze berichten werden niet beantwoord.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. The view over the pool was amazing.

We were expecting a dryer and since it rained every day of our visit our clothes were days to dry.

The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family stay. Rooms are large and spacious, and the pool is heated. Everywhere was clean. Cleaners come once and stay about an hour. Marco communicates well and gets his staff to resolve issues quickly as they arrive! In 15 days we had a TV issue, a blocked shower a noise issue and a broken kettle. Marco was accommodating and approachable. We stayed for 15 nights. He gave us late checkout when asked. Bbq area and kitchen area are fantastic when you have a family. Taxis are easy to get if you download the local taxi app.

The area surrounding the villa is not quiet at night. It was like ibiza party town for a few nights of our stay. After a very bad night we reported this. Not only were the next door neighbours loud, parties do go on! Apart from Marco, the staff assisting when needed and welcoming you speak 0 English. The cleaners left floors dangerously slippy! A hornets nest was by the front door, and they swarmed on hot days. It's not ideal when you have babies like I do. TV is hit and miss. It loses signal alot. Not ideal when you travel with people who want to watch the bug football games. Shower upstairs overflows. With the use of Google Translate, I got it resolved with the maintenance/ welcoming man. If I was to be picky, the rooms underground are hot and.have no signal for phones. Dishwasher does not clean well. This was already reported and promised on a previous review from a customer to be resolved.
